A safe space to talk about difficult things.

Couples therapy

What is Couples Therapy?
All relationships have ups and downs, can sometimes get stuck and it becomes hard to talk things through or find a resolution. Whether you are feeling things just aren’t quite right or are encountering serious difficulties, couples therapy can help ease communication whether you wish to stay together, separate or enhance your relationship. Therapy can also help couples in crisis break out of the vicious cycle of hurting and being hurt. Couples therapy is for any stage of a relationship.

I work from a developmental model that looks at the stages all couples typically go through and where we get stuck.

How long and how often are the sessions?
Sessions are usually 75 minutes, either weekly or fortnightly, something we will discuss during the first session.

How much does it cost?
I charge £60.00 per session, to be paid at each session.
Payment can be made by cash, cheque or card (£1 surcharge applies).

What is the next step?
You can contact me by phone or email to find out more or to arrange an initial session.
During this session we will discuss the issues you are experiencing within your relationship.
You are under no obligation to continue with further sessions, should you choose not to.

Relationship therapy can help bring to light, in a safe environment, the hidden dynamics in relationships, bringing opportunities for understanding and change.
